Why Does the CaZn System Affect the Color Result?
The stabilizer package is not only about process safety; The initial undertone of the formulation can also have an impact on the heat history and surface appearance. Therefore, color confirmation is done with the entire formulation.
Initial tone and contribution interaction
The combination of stabilizer, filler, lubricant and processing aid can make the same pigment pack look different. The old color sample should not automatically be considered valid when formulation components are changed.
