How to Prepare the Right Request for Quotation?
Requests that only ask for color code and kilogram price can lead to duplication of samples and incorrect comparison. Technical and commercial information should be collected in a single request file.
Technical request list
The main polymer, process, product type, target color, existing sample, starting dosage, temperature, annual quantity and specific performance expectation are clearly written.
Commercial scope
Sample quantity, order lot, packaging, Incoterm, delivery point, payment and necessary compliance documents are mutually confirmed before the offer is submitted.
How Does Sample and Line Approval Proceed?
A traceable link must be established between the physical color sample and the laboratory work. Consent should not be given only through a screenshot or photo.
Sending the reference
In addition to the RAL or Pantone code, if possible, the actual part, raw material used and surface information are shared. Each revision is given a separate sample and formulation code.
Small production trial
