Process-specific work

The formulation is assessed against the polymer, stabiliser, dosing method and final-product conditions.

Direct manufacturer contact

Your production team shares application data directly with our laboratory and technical team.

Colour and quality continuity

The approved reference becomes a traceable control point for future production batches.

Why Color Masterbatch?

From reference to repeatable production

01

Application

Product, polymer, stabiliser and production-line information are clarified.

02

Reference

Share a RAL/Pantone code, physical sample or existing production part.

03

Sampling

Colour, dispersion, dosage and process suitability are evaluated in the laboratory.

04

Production experience for your application

Color Masterbatch was founded in 2008 with a focus on ultra-micro U-PVC masterbatch production. Since 2018, the company has operated from its facility in the Eskisehir Organized Industrial Zone.

PVC profiles, panelling and foil

MasterMikro series were developed for U-PVC profiles, panelling and foil production. Include the stabiliser package, fillers, additives, profile section and colour reference in your enquiry so formulation and trial conditions can be assessed.

Mixing and dosing method

Product options can be assessed for hot–cold mixers and volumetric or gravimetric dosing systems. Specify your feeding method and target dosage. Dispersion and line behaviour must be verified under actual production conditions.

FAQ

Before technical review

What information should we send?

Share the application, polymer, stabiliser, colour reference, dosing method, estimated quantity and delivery country.

Can you work from a RAL code or physical sample?

Yes. A code is a useful start; a physical sample and process data improve matching accuracy.

How is the sample quantity defined?

Sample and minimum-order quantities are confirmed according to pigment, carrier, application and technical requirements.

Can outdoor use be assessed?

Yes. UV exposure, weather conditions and expected service life are reviewed as part of the technical brief.

Colour and formulation compatibility in U-PVC profiles

For PVC profiles, share the colour reference together with the dry-blend formulation, stabiliser system and production conditions. White, solid-colour and foil-covered profiles do not have the same colour target.

Information for technical evaluation

  • Profile application and target colour or physical sample.
  • PVC formulation, stabiliser type and existing additives.
  • Calcium carbonate and TiO₂ information, and current dosage if available.
  • Extruder, line temperatures and dosing method.
  • Indoor or outdoor use and expected surface appearance.

What should you check in a production trial?

Test the sample with your own formulation and line conditions. Check colour matching, surface appearance and dispersion together. If colour differs, review the formulation and process with the technical team rather than changing dosage alone. There is no universal dosage; the appropriate level must be established through trials.
